Island Nurse Staffing was formed as part of a life long dream for a nurse manager who was dedicated to ensuring quality care to all by maintaining safe staffing ratios and recruiting compassionate, well-trained nursing professionals.

As a nurse-owned, and operated family business, we are dedicated to recruiting quality professionals to ensure that all patients are given the time and care that they so desperately need and deserve. We have seen first hand how staffing shortages and staff turnover can present serious challenges to local facilities.
